Gillingham boss Justin Edinburgh believes his side can challenge for a spot in the League 1 play-offs

Justin Edinburgh insists Gillingham are up for the challenge of making League 1’s top six.
Just one play-off spot looks set to be available, as the top five pull clear and several clubs are still in hot pursuit.
The team currently sixth are Doncaster and they visit Priestfield on Saturday.
But with a run of just one defeat in their last nine league fixtures, the Gills are the in-form team of those in the race for the final play-off spot.
“This group do like a challenge,” said the Gills boss. “We’ll keep looking up. It is going to take a huge effort but you have to chase it.
“It is a case of consistency. If we can continue that, then who knows?
“It will be tough because there are some good sides in there. There always has to be a challenge and you are always looking up.”
Edinburgh is hoping his side put in a performance as they did against Swindon in midweek, rather than last weekend, which saw a 1-0 home loss to Barnsley.
He said: “We need to take Tuesday’s performance into Saturday and try and show that same tempo, like we did against Sheffield United and MK Dons."
