Oli Edwards on the undercard of Louie Greene's title fight against Freddy Kiwitt at York Hall

Louis Greene has been getting a helping hand from fellow Medway pro Grant Dennis ahead of his title showdown this weekend.
The man dubbed The Medway Mauler puts his 7-0 record on the line as he challenges Freddy Kiwitt for the Southern Area welterweight title.
Fellow Kent pro Oli Edwards will be hoping to make it six wins from six as part of a packed bill at York Hall.
Dennis – in the ring last weekend with a points win against Daniel Urbanski – was picked because he will pose similar threats to Kiwitt (12-1-0).
Father and trainer John Greene was glad to get Dennis in for some sparring.
He said: “We’ve had some good sparring with Grant. He’s a similar style to the lad we’re facing.
“Freddy is loose limbed, he does all of the flash things, he’s got flash shorts and he’s got fast hands.
“Hopefully, Lou can take him out of his stride and put him on the back foot.
“With Lou, what you see is what you get. He is a good pressure fighter and will hopefully come on strong in the mid-to-latter rounds.”
Sheppey's super-middleweight Edwards defends his 5-0 record against Dan Blackwell.
Edwards' previous bouts have all come on home turf, in Kent.
He said: "One of my dreams was to fight at York hall, the home of British boxing. On Saturday night I make that dream come true."
Durable opponent Blackwell has 74 pro fights behind him, losing 67 of them. Only one of those has been a TKO, however. He’s had just one win in the last three years.
