Gillingham manager Steve Lovell says it's time to turn performances into results ahead of visit to Bristol Rovers

Despite the respective league positions, Gills boss Steve Lovell isn’t putting any extra pressure on his team ahead of Tuesday's trip to Bristol Rovers.
Rovers have lost their last four games in all competitions and occupy one of the four relegation positions in the League 1 table. Gillingham are just a point ahead of their midweek hosts.
“They are all tough, all hard games,” insisted Lovell.
“They will be eager to get a few points under their belt. It is tight and will go right to the end of the season, at both ends, but there isn’t a lot in it from the bottom to the top.
"If anyone can go on a run of four or five games then they can be in amongst it.
“You have to try and win every game so (Tuesday) is no different, it’s another game and three points are up for grabs.
"If it’s not to be and you get a draw, then you get a point. Whatever happens will happen.
“We will prepare as we do normally and as best we can and hopefully we will start turning performances into results.”
Gillingham head into the game with three successive defeats in the league.
Lovell said: “It is going to be a battle, we will enjoy it and embrace it and try and get something out of it.
“I said to the boys, we just have to keep going. They are giving everything and I can’t ask any more of them.
“It is not the effort, just most probably quality in certain areas, where we are not showing in certain instances and it is costing us games.”
