New Gillingham midfielder Josh Rees the perfect fit for League 1, says boss Steve Lovell

Gillingham manager Steve Lovell says new signing Josh Rees has a natural talent for scoring goals.
Midfielder Rees has joined the Gills on a two-year deal after scoring 20 times for National League Bromley last season.
The 24-year-old is moving up a couple of levels to League 1 but Lovell has no doubt the former Arsenal and Nottingham Forest youngster will deliver.
Lovell said: "The National League is a good league, it's a proper league, it's very competitive, you're playing against a lot of ex-Football League sides.
"So when you talk about stepping up, it won't be a lot of difference, perhaps just a bit more quality from defenders you're up against.
"It's a natural talent to find space and get into the box and score goals, it doesn't matter what level you're at."
Rees was a man in demand after his exploits for Bromley – but he chose the Gills.
Lovell added: "He's one of the highest goalscorers from midfield in the country. He got 20 goals in league and cup, so he's a good capture.
"There was a lot of interest from other clubs but I spoke to him and he liked the club, he liked speaking to me and the way we want to set out and play next year.
"I think it appealed to him and we got on really well, we had a good chat and I'm really pleased to get him.
"I'm looking forward to working with him and improving his all-round game."
Rees' record from midfield will draw comparisons with Bradley Dack, but Lovell feels they are different players.
He said: "I don't think he'll play in the same position as Bradley.
"I think Josh offers more on the defensive side, with all due respect to Bradley, who was a good attacking player and he did work hard.
"Josh won't be a No.10, he'll more of a midfield player breaking from deep and getting in the box, whereas Bradley played as a third striker."
