There was no shortage of goals in the Andy Groves Memorial Cup first round games played on Sunday.
Anchorians Rovers hit nine without reply against Walderslade WMC Reserves as Ishmael Kpal (2), Lewis Ings (2), Jordan Whelan, Ronnie Wratten, Kye O’Brien, Usman Amin and Lewis Goold-Davies all netted.
The Gentlemen lost 4-0 to Rochester Eagles Reserves with Reece Bissenden (3) and Joshua Jones their scorers.
Harrison Mercer, Kian Fearn, Danny Saville, Alex Lloyd and Sam Mansfield all netted in The Simon Massive’s 5-4 triumph over Palmerston Athletic.

Swanscombe Tigers won 4-3 on spot-kicks against FC Catalans following a 1-1 draw at 90 minutes.
Ozan Hassan and Ashley Poppy gave Cliffe Woods Colts a 2-0 Premier Divison win against Springhead Park.
A Harry Martin hat-trick and McKenzie Teale led Cuxton 91 to a 4-2 victory over Chatham Town SR.
Hat-trick from Sam Stace and Jack Peters (2) saw Quested to a 5-2 win against Wigmore, who replied through Charlie Field and Lewis des Santos.
In Division 1, Medway Sportage lost 4-0 to Athletic Bilbowls who had Reif Youdale, Marcus Sutton, Robbie Farnham-Rose and Jack Clover on the scoresheet.
Steve Armstrong (2), Dan Packman and Ben Smith were on target in Eccles Sunday’s Division 2 4-1 victory over Sporting Club Libra.
Caspian Tigers were 3-0 up thanks to Reece Germano, Luke Tutt and Tyler Cornelis before Strood pulled two back through Zak Warren and Josh Brown.
In Division 3, Hempstead United lost 7-2 to Rainham 84, who had Charlie Simmonds, Dean Hodges, Taylor Sinclair, Tom Fuller, Toby Bayford (2) and Kyle Williams to thanks for the points.
Real 60 went down 3-2 to Pegasus 81 in a close game. Kai Osborne and Jack Anset were the Real 60 scorers with Alfie Kilby (2) and Swayze Whale netting for the victors.
Woodpecker shaded The Stumble 4-3 with goals from Dylan Kenney, Chris Cowburn, Brandon Neal and Sam Crayford. Layton Grace (2) and Glen Martin replied for The Stumble.
