Invicta Dynamos slipped to a 7-4 defeat at Streatham Redskins on Sunday night.
Streatham opened the scoring inside a minute and were 2-0 up by the end of the first period.
The hosts added a third before Mos replied with a superb effort from Michal Oravec following a run from his own zone.
Man-of-the-match Oravec scored again, then set up Anthony Leone as Invicta levelled early in the final period.
Streatham regained the lead with a goal on the break but back came the visitors as Andy Smith made it 4-4 after good work by Juraj Huska.
Redskins missed a penalty before pulling clear with three goals in the last 10 minutes.
Defeat leaves Mos five points behind leaders South Division 1 leaders Chelmsford Chieftains, who also have a game in hand.
