Invicta Dynamos coach Kevin Parrish is already talking to players about next season

Kevin Parrish believes Invicta Dynamos’ play-off final defeat has underlined the need to build greater depth in his squad for next season.
After watching the Mos lose 9-6 on aggregate to the Wightlink Raiders in last weekend’s NIHL Southern Play-Off final, the Invicta coach admitted: “I think we haven’t got quite enough depth at the moment.
“That was perhaps shown in the second leg (on Sunday) and it’s something I will be trying to put right for next season.”
Despite goals from Arran Strawson and Billy Phillips, Mos lost Saturday’s first leg on the Isle of Wight 3-2.
Anthony Leone, Billy Phillips, Callum Fowler and Strawson all netted in the second leg, but they couldn't turn the tie around.
Parrish added: “It’s a bit of a disappointing way to end the season but it’s better than losing in the semi-final.
“We said at the start of the season we wanted to win something this year and we ended up being in the running for all three competitions, and winning the Southern Cup gave me such a buzz it’s made me want to win more.”
And Parrish confirmed that his ambitions remain very much linked with the Mos when he added: “I have said all along that if I thought I wasn’t doing the job in the way I feel it should be done then I would step down but I feel I still have got plenty to give to this club.”
