Gillingham boss Steve Lovell praises Callum Reilly's versatility

Callum Reilly looked right at home playing left-back at Portsmouth on Saturday, according to Gillingham boss Steve Lovell.
With Connor Ogilvie out with a bug and fellow senior left-back Bradley Garmston not 100%, it was left to loan-man Reilly to fill the void - and he didn’t let the manager down.
“He looked as if he’s played there all his life,” said Lovell.
“Callum is a solid left-footed player. He is good in the air, intelligent on the ball, he can tackle and he has great endeavour.
“Bradley Garmston (who also picked up a bug this week and has recently recovered from an injury) is not quite ready for 90 minutes and I didn’t wasn’t to risk that.
“(Callum) does a great job there and it gives us balance on the left side. There is competition for places everywhere.”
