The Football Assocation will introduce sin bins for Southern Counties East League football next season.
The plan was that the trial would be extended to all football from step 7 and below for the 2019/20 campaign.
But the FA have decided that sin bins will be at all football from step 5 and below next season - which includes both divisions of the Southern Counties East League.
The dismissals only apply to yellow cards for dissent, with players leaving the field for 10 minutes.
Sin bins were first introduced at the grassroots level of the game from 2017/18.
From the 31 league that took part in the first season of trials, 25 showed an overall reduction in dissent. A total of 72% of players, 77% of managers and 84% of referees wanted to continue with the scheme.
Other leagues joined the scheme this season, including the Kent County League.
If successful, clubs at National League and Bostik League level can expect sin bins to be introduced in coming seasons.
The original plan was for sin bins to be introduced at step 5 level for the 2020/21 season.
