Alfie May, back from a trial at League 2 Doncaster, scored a hat-trick as Ryman South Hythe upset Bishop's Stortford of National South in the FA Trophy.
Dartford captain Elliot Bradbrook claimed a hat-trick from midfield as Tont Burman's side progressed at Weston, while Jack Powell opened the scoring in the first minute and ran the show as Ebbsfleet eased past Ryman Premier side Harrow Borough.
Two teenagers stood out as struggling Margate secured a replay against East Thurrock.
Midfielder Alfie Foster was man-of-the-match as an emergency centre-half while striker Victor Adeboyejo, who signed on loan from Leyton Orient on Friday, won and converted the penalty which earned a draw.

In League 1, Scott Wagstaff and Josh Wright were among Gillingham's top performers in an eye-catching 3-0 victory over free-scoring Rochdale.
Sittingbourne continued their good run in Ryman South with young centre-half Danny Rumbol excellent and left-back Tom Carlse capping a strong display with a last-minute winner against East Grinstead.
Goalkeeper Will Godmon marked his return to Faversham by keeping a clean sheet as the Lilywhites beat promotion contenders Carshalton.
