Players from nine clubs are in KentOnline's team-of-the-week.
Steve Lovell is our pick for manager-of-the-week after leading Gills to a 3-1 win at Rotherham, enhancing his claims to be the permanent successor to Adrian Pennock.

Deren Ibrahim had a cracking game in goal as Dartford beat a strong St Albans side 2-1 to stay top of National South.
At right-back, Chris Sessegnon crowned an impressive display by scoring Margate's second goal in a 3-0 FA Trophy win at Staines.
Normally a centre-half, Chris Bush moved seamlessly to left-back as Ebbsfleet left Sutton with a goalless draw in the National League.
In the centre we've gone for Bush's Fleet team-mate Kenny Clark - excellent in the back four - and Maidstone man Alex Finney who scored a 95th-minute winner against Chester to go with his clean sheet.
Sittingbourne teenager David Smith has made a habit of coming off the bench to score and he was at it again as Brickies earned an FA Trophy replay against higher-league Merstham.
Gills' Josh Parker retains his place on the opposite flank following his double at Rotherham.
Team-mate Billy Bingham was brilliant in the holding midfield role against a very good Rotherham side and it was his pinpoint corners that led to Gills' first and third goals.
Alongside him it's Ramsgate youngster Billy Munday who looked the part on his debut against Guernsey and went close to a winner.
Up front, Dan Bradshaw scored a hat-trick as Sheppey beat Glebe 6-2.
Ian Draycott grabbed Folkestone's goal in a 1-1 FA Trophy draw at Leiston, a typically cool finish, and he was only denied the winner by a terrific save.
