Seven clubs are represented in KentOnline's team-of-the-week.
Our top boss is Daryl McMahon who led Ebbsfleet to a 3-0 National League win over Hartlepool on Saturday.

Clean sheets were hard to come by but in goal we've gone with the safe hands of Gillingham's Tomas Holy, a second shut-out in his last three games during the goalless draw with Oldham at Priestfield.
Across the back, Temi Eweka was making only his second Dartford start at right-back but he made a vital goalline clearance during their FA Trophy tie at Brentwood.
Tunbridge Wells centre-back Perry Spackman's first-half goal proved the difference as they edged their Kent Reliance Senior Trophy derby against Sevenoaks Town.
Gabriel Zakuani was the pick of the defenders as Gills continued their unbeaten run under boss Steve Lovell.
Completing our back four was Femi Ilesanmi, who was part of a strong defensive performance and got forward well to support Dover's attack during their National League defeat to AFC Fylde.
Connor Hendricks was the stand-out performer for Canterbury City, they ran out 6-0 winners at K Sports in the Kent Senior Trophy.
Ebbsfleet's Luke Coulson linked up well with striker Danny Kedwell in an advanced role and capped a good performance with an excellent finish.
He is joined in midfield by team-mate Sean Shields, who produced a man-of-the-match display on his return to the side. Shields set up the second Fleet goal and went close to scoring himself against Hartlepool.
Up front, there were another two goals for Canterbury striker Rob Lawrence while Margate forward Frannie Collin guided his team through in the FA Trophy.
Collin netted twice as Gate set up a midweek trip to Bath by beating Egham in their delayed second qualifying round tie.
