Vote for your star man in KentOnline’s team-of-the-week.

Joel Thompson won last week’s poll, taking 39% of almost 1,300 votes after his double for Welling Town.

Margate winger Kadell Daniel also deserves a mention, collecting 406 votes for a 31% share.

Mark Smith made a series of fine saves as Dartford beat Horsham 2-0 in the FA Cup second qualifying round.

It was anything but a routine victory against lower-league opponents with Smith on top form for the visitors.

Right-back Jerald Aboagye scored in a 3-1 win at East Grinstead as Ashford maintained their 100% start in Isthmian South East.

Scott Doe showed his quality as Dover won 2-0 at Hartlepool, although Whites’ performance was overshadowed by racist abuse aimed at striker Inih Effiong from home fans.

Hythe are in business under Steve Watt with Ollie Rowe helping the Cannons keep a clean sheet - very much to the new boss’ liking - in a 2-0 win against Kent rivals Herne Bay.

Maidstone left-back Noah Chesmain scored one and made one in a 4-1 FA Cup win against Cheshunt.

Margate upset National South club Concord in the cup with Adem Ramadan scoring the second goal as the hosts came from behind to win 3-1.

Kyle De Silva led Sevenoaks to the Isthmian South East summit, scoring twice in an outstanding performance as Town beat Faversham 3-1 at Greatness Park.

Welling United were far too strong for Chipstead in the FA Cup, Anthony Cook enjoying himself against lower-league opposition and scoring a good goal in a 7-0 victory.

Up top, Bearsted forward Emmauel Olawasemo scored twice in a lively 4-4 draw at Tunbridge Wells.

He squared the match as Bears came from 3-1 down and that wasn’t the end of the entertainment as the visitors went 4-3 up before a late Wells leveller.

Harry Harding’s hat-trick saw Southern Counties East leaders Chatham beat 4-0 Lordswood in the Medway derby.

And there was a double for prolific Sheppey frontman Dan Bradshaw in a 6-0 victory over AFC Croydon.

Micky Collins is today’s top boss after leading Sevenoaks to the top of Isthmian South East.

It’s the first time they’ve led the table since promotion in 2018, a fine achievement for Collins and his men.
