I don’t think any of the players will be taking their eye off the ball. The manager has got it drilled into the boys that everyone has to perform to their best and even the players coming off the bench have to be ready.
No team are going to find it easy coming here, they have discovered that so far and with the fans behind us, it’s like the 12th man.
The manager has got us all playing the way he wants and everything has gone well so far.
Blackpool are here on Saturday and we are not going to take them lightly.
They have had that one result now and that could change everything for them. A win gives you that confidence but as I said, it won’t be easy for anyone to come and play against us here at Priestfield.
I have enjoyed my time here so far but it’s hard to keep your spot in the team. It’s an opportunity here and I am looking forward to it.
There are a few back from injury now, like Cody McDonald but I just have to work hard to get back into the team and let the manager make a decision.
Luke Norris (pictured) has also performed well and I know it won’t be easy. I am confident in my ability and hopefully I will get more game time and show what I can do.
I scored in pre-season but I’m waiting for one in the league now.
