Woman cut free from car after two car crash in Impton Lane, Walderslade

A woman was cut free from her car after a two vehicle crash.
Around 10 firefighters were called Walderslade Woods Road at the junction of Impton Lane at 6.30pm last night.
The crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to free a woman who was trapped in her car following a two car crash.
The woman was said to be suffering spinal injuries and suspected pelvic injuries.
After being put on a spinal board and given painkillers at the scene by paramedics, she was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital by SECAmb.
The driver of the other vehicle was unharmed.
Emergency services left the scene at 7.30pm.
