The top 16 quiz teams from across the county competed for the title of 2017 KM Big Quiz Champions on Friday night.
At the climax of the night Medway-based Supernova pipped east Kent Moomins to top spot by just one point. Both teams achieved more than 80 per cent correct answers. Teams were drawn from KM Big Charity Quiz heats staged last year in Ashford, Canterbury, Maidstone and Medway.
Quiz Master Simon Dolby thanked event sponsors Hornby visitor centre, Shepherd Neame, DFDS ferry crossings, IMP and Barclays for their backing last year and pledged support for 2018.
Businesses, charities and groups of friends wanting to enter a team for a local heat of the KM Big Quiz should visit www.kmbigquiz.co.uk Sign up to the Inspire e-newsletter on the big quiz website to receive a discount code and advanced notification of dates.
