The collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes is to be launched in the autumn, and prospective buyers can put themselves at the front of the queue by registering their interest now.
Jason Stokes of Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re looking forward to the official unveiling this new selection of high-quality homes in a fabulous location, which is already generating a buzz among local buyers.
“We are anticipating a high level of demand for these new properties, so I would urge anyone who is interested in snapping one up to register their interest as soon as possible.”
Homes at Langley Park will have energy-efficient central heating, double glazing and kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.
On the south-eastern fringes of Maidstone, Langley Park is the first phase of a major new community. Facilities will include a new primary school, a country park, a local centre and allotments.
