Kent New Homes published by KM Media Group in April 2019

KM Media Group publishes the next edition of its Kent New Homes supplement in the first week of April, complete with great editorial, stunning photographs and handy locator maps.
The last edition in September showcased Kent's wide range of new build homes, with latest news and images from developments all over the county.
The spring supplement will again be available in all KM paid newspapers, available at key pick up locations in key high traffic locations across the county as well as distributed in 23 locations across south east London and available to pick up from other Iliffe Media offices.
Kent New Homes will have a total distribution of 75,000 copies and will also be available as a digital edition.
Awareness of Kent New Homes will be increased through a substantial multimedia promotional campaign across KM newspapers. radio and digital channels.
Neil Webster, Commercial Director of KM Media Group says: "Spring is the key time when people think about moving.
"The wider economic uncertainty has meant a challenging start to the year for many new homes developers and builders.
"We're producing this supplement following the success of the last one - just in time for the Easter school holidays and when the weather is better and days longer.
"There is a lot more housing stock available across Kent compared to last year.
"Many developers have fantastic incentives available and we're hoping that our supplement with its great editorial, imagery and maps, huge and innovative circulation will mean that new homes developers use this supplement to get their message out to people to be in a new home this year."
