14:45, 22 January 2015
Prices are to be released soon for nine new homes at Woolhouse Place, in Stone, Dartford, by Tonbridge-based Fernham Homes.
The collection of three-bedroom terrace homes, with landscaped gardens, is due to launch shortly, at Invicta Road.
Six properties are built over three floors and have an en-suite with the top floor master bedroom as well as a family bathroom on the first floor.
The remaining three properties are two-storey homes with first floor family bathroom.
All have an open plan living/dining room, separate kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and allocated parking.
Also to launch shortly by Fernham Homes is Hop Garden Close in East Peckham, near Paddock Wood – four homes, each with four bedrooms and parking, in a village setting.
Sharon Budd, sales director for the developer, says: “We are much looking forward to the coming year, as it’s shaping up to be very exciting for Fernham Homes. Our developments at East Peckham and Stone are just the beginning, with many more sites on the way, including schemes at East Farleigh, near Maidstone, and Borough Green later in the year.”
