Jarvis Homes Grasslands open weekend is chance to save money on sea view homes
07:00, 01 July 2019
Buyers visiting luxury homes by the sea this weekend can save £25,000 – and will be treated to strawberries and cream too.
An open weekend is to be held on Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7 at Jarvis Homes coastal development, Grasslands, at Capel-le-Ferne, near Folkestone, where homes look out over the Channel.
Pimm’s and lemonade will be served, as well as strawberries and cream. And buyers who reserve one of the last remaining four-bedroom detached homes during the event can save £25,000 on the asking price.
Holly Jarvis, of Jarvis Homes, says: “Join us between 10am and 4pm for strawberries and cream, Pimm’s and lemonade and come and reserve your home, traditionally built using brick, block and plaster for life-long investment.”
Usual, non-event prices for the four-bedroom detached plots start at £499,000.
