This large property in Sittingbourne with planning permission to be transformed into 11 houses is to go under the hammer at auction.
East Hall Farm, in East Hall Lane, is a six-bedroom, three-storey, Grade II listed house with a range of outbuildings.
It is among 82 lots for sale on Tuesday, September 23, by auctioneers Clive Emson, at the County Showground, Detling. The guide price is £400,000 to £420,000.
The auctioneers believe the house could be retained as a family home or could be developed with the outbuildings into eight, three-bedroom houses, a two-bedroom house, a four-bedroom house and a one-bedroom house.
Auctioneer John Stockey said: “This opportunity will attract developers and builders, but equally might interest those looking for a large family home. It is situated on the east side of Sittingbourne, just over a mile to the north east of the town centre.”
Going under the hammer on the same day is 21 Park Road, also in Sittingbourne. The end of terrace, four-storey property has planning permission to be turned into four self-contained flats. The guide price is £180,000 to £185,000.
