Berkeley's Victory Pier development Gillinghamn incorporates high rise apartment views
11:40, 28 November 2014
Prices start at £152,500 for a stylish studio apartment at one of the two towers of the Peninsula, the latest phase of Berkeley’s Victory Pier development.
On the banks of the River Medway at Gillingham, the Peninsula also includes one and two-bedroom apartments. An impressive 70% of the properties were sold pre-launch and the developer now hopes the Peninsula could be sold out within six months.
Matthew Biddle, of Berkeley, said: “ The flurry of sales is down to the development’s existing reputation of providing many young professionals and families with the chance of owning a stunning home on the river, without having to pay London prices.
“The properties at Victory Pier offer first-time buyers stunning living quarters and the lifestyle amenities to match, which you can’t find anywhere else.” Set to complete in early 2016, the 154 properties are designed to provide high rise luxury living, with high specification interior design at an achievable price. On previously industrial land, the Victory Pier development has transformed the river area.
