Home-hunters can save thousands of pounds if they reserve a property before Christmas at Taylor Wimpey’s Hayle Park development in Maidstone.
The housebuilder is offering to pay stamp duty for purchasers who secure selected plots before Christmas Day.
Anyone who reserves the six-bedroom Hamilton detached house priced at £419,995, for example, will benefit from having their stamp duty bill of more than £12,500 paid by Taylor Wimpey to help with the cost of moving.
Jason Stokes, of Taylor Wimpey, said: “Christmas will definitely come early for quick-off-the-mark buyers who reserve one of our properties at Hayle Park – and with stamp duty now being paid on selected plots there’s never been a better time to move to this fabulous development.
“I would encourage anyone who’d like to find out more about this fabulous incentive to come and visit us as soon as possible, as these homes won’t be around for long.”
Five-bedroom detached homes are priced from £412,500 at Hayle Park, while six-bedroom detached properties are on sale from £419,995.
