A recent announcement regarding the current positions in the kitchen by the company read: “You love real cooking. We love real cooking. Customers love real cooking. The assistant manager role, meanwhile, includes “supporting the General Manager to maintain that brilliance across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to make sure that every customer leaves happy.”

Salaries:
- Assistant Manager | £29,000 - £34,000
- Junior Sous Chef | £11.75 – £12.50 per hour – full time
- Sous Chef | £30,000 - £34,000
- Head Chef | £34,000 - £42,000
