Anger over opening hours at rail ticket offices

PLANS by South Eastern Trains to slash opening hours at many of Kent's station ticket offices have been condemned by commuters.
About 3,000 passengers have signed a petition against the proposals.
But in an interview with kmfm, Sarah Boundy, from the rail company, defended the decision to change staffing roles...
