Commuters preparing for Tube chaos

THOUSANDS of Kent commuters face travel chaos today after talks aimed at averting a strike on the London Underground broke down.
Drivers, signallers and maintenance workers will walk out for 24 hours at 6.30pm, crippling services.
The action has been called by the RMT union in a dispute over pay and conditions.
