Freelander's got get up and go

LAND ROVER has launched its Freelander special edition. The new Freelander ESX is a five-door station wagon aimed at young business executives looking for a vehicle which offers no restrictions for the driver who wants to go anywhere.
The limited edition includes pioneering technology, including hill descent control (HDC), electronic traction control (ETC) and electronic brake distribution (EBD) combined with ABS.
The Freelander is available either with a 2.5 litre V6 petrol engine, with Steptronic transmission, priced at £26,095 (on the road), or with a 2.0 litre Td4 diesel engine with manual transmission priced at £23,700, and the automatic at £24,900.
All three Freelanders are available in Biarritz blue, Alveston Red, Java black, Monte Carlo blue and Blenheim silver.
