Passengers put train services to the test

COMMUTERS across Kent are putting local train services through rigorous inspections from today.
The Rail Passengers Committee for Southern England has given out diaries containing tear-off sheets which are posted to the watchdog daily.
Passengers are logging details on punctuality, cleanliness, seat availability and information systems.
Kent is without a new operator since Connex was removed but committee chairman Tim Nicholson told KM-fm services should still be scrutinised...
