My Dad drawings for Father’s Day to appear in KM newspapers from Wednesday, June 12
11:57, 30 May 2024
Thousands of children from across Kent have sent in hand-drawn pictures and lovingly crafted messages for this year’s My Dad supplement.
Children aged 4 to 7 from both Kent and Medway have spent time creating pictures of their dads to celebrate Father’s Day, which this year falls on Sunday, June 16.
We have received more than 19,000 entries from all over the county this year, showing just how loved and appreciated our dads really are.
The heartfelt sketches, done with the help of teachers and schools, will be published in the My Dad supplement from Wednesday, June 12 in the following KM Group newspapers:
Gravesend and Dartford Messengers
You can also find a full list of participating schools here.
The souvenir supplement is published just in time to celebrate the special day and the drawings and messages are a heartfelt keepsake to cherish forever, so make sure you pick up a copy of your local KM Group paper.
