Congratulation's to the overall winner of the Kent Pets Tournament - Taffy the Welsh collie.
He and Albie were neck and neck during last week's vote for December's Pet of the Month, but Taffy took the lead with an extra 84 votes!
Nicknamed Mr Taffy, this dog's character and charm means he has won the last ever Kent Pets Tournament final.
Taffy is a five-year-old Welsh collie who loves balls and sticks!
His owner, Katie Docker said: "Thanks to everyone who voted for Taffy, sincere apologies to Ziggy, Poppy and Albie – all beautiful animals too and worthy winners.
"Happy Christmas to everyone, Taffy will continue to win the hearts of everyone he meets in the coming weeks and months, with the usual questions, what breed is he? Can I touch him? Isn’t he fluffy! Dad I want one!
"We love him and he continues to love us with his grins and funny little ways.
"He is a blessing to own and as we know, our pets bring us a lot of joy and take away any sadness, lets go into 2022 with four positive paws going forward."
He was chosen by his owners after they met his dad asleep on a pub floor and kept in touch when he was sired for puppies.
Due to their meeting, Taffy's human parents had the first pick of the litter.
Now he is five, and a father himself, Taffy's owners say he has the best life ever.
His favourite game is going round and round with a stick in his mouth and he loves chasing after a ball on a beach.
Taffy is also a keen footballer! He loves a football pitch where he always puts the ball in the net for the next kick.
His owners say he truly is a well tempered, gorgeous dog, who gets lots of attention every day from people in their village.
