A beloved boat has been left gutted by fire.
The small vessel stood on the shingle at Dungeness beach, on Romney Marsh, and was a favourite for picturesque photo shoots.
But the fire service was called to the beach on Sunday (June 6) at 4pm to reports the boat was alight.
Two fire engines were sent to the scene and crews used hose reel jets and drag rakes to put out the fire.
No casualties were reported and the cause is not known.
Crews left the beach at 5.30pm.
Photographer Susan Pilcher said: "It's really sad. It was an old boat and I don't know how many years it had been there.
"It is my favourite one to shoot for my night photography. It's such a shame."
