A silver Volvo has smashed through a low brick wall of a car park.
The incident happened just before 10.30am today in High Street, New Romney.
The vehicle was not inside the car park at the time of the collision.
It is understood the woman driver came away without injury, but was "shaken up", according to Matthew Spackman who was first on the scene.
Mr Spackman, a part time employee at the Cinque Ports Arms, opposite, said: "The car shifted forward.
"I was the first person on the scene and I brought her over to the pub and sat her down with a cup of tea.
"There is a fuel spillage but it is not so bad, they have just chucked some sand down."
It is understood that there was minimal damage to the car and no one else was hurt.
There have been three incidents, of a similar nature, take place in the same spot in under a year.
A police spokesman said: "Officers are currently in attendance and no injuries have been reported."
