Old Romney A259 crash victims named as Dean Bryan and Steven Taylor

The victims of a double fatal crash have been named locally as Dean Bryan and Steven Taylor.
The pair, both from London, had been travelling on a BMW motorbike near Old Romney when they were involved in a collision with a car.
Tributes have been paid online to Mr Bryan, a 27-year-old father from London.
A close friend said: "Rest in peace Dean, gone way too soon always a close friend and many memories made. You had a heart of gold do anything for any one.
"Thoughts go out to all your family. You got your wings now brother fly high, always miss you and never forget you."
Police are continuing to appeal for information after the crash on the A259 at Old Romney on Tuesday.
The accident occurred shortly before 10pm, when the motorcycle was involved in a collision with a grey Renault Megane.
The bike was travelling in the direction of Brenzett, while the car was heading towards Dymchurch.
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is investigating the circumstances and officers are appealing for any witnesses to get in contact.
Officers would also like to obtain CCTV or dash cam footage that shows either vehicle in the moments leading up to the collision.
