Two killed in crash on A259 near Old Romney

Two young men have died after their motorbike was involved in a collision with a car.
Police are appealing for information after the horrific crash on the A259 at Old Romney on Tuesday.
The accident occurred shortly before 10pm, when a BMW motorcycle carrying two people was involved in a collision with a grey Renault Megane.
The bike was travelling in the direction of Brenzett, while the car was heading towards Dymchurch.
Emergency services were called and a man in his 20s was confirmed dead at the scene.
A second man, also in his 20s, was taken to hospital but died a short time later.
Both had been on the motorcycle.
Two women were also injured and were taken to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is investigating the circumstances and officers are appealing for any witnesses to get in contact.
Officers would also like to obtain CCTV or dash cam footage that shows either vehicle in the moments leading up to the collision.
