The second wave of artists scheduled to play an all night dance festival at a Kent airport has been released today.
Connected Festival will take place at Lydd Airport - which hosted 'legendary' world dance raves in the 1990s - on Saturday, October 5
The overnight party will kick off at 6pm with music playing all the way through to 6am the next morning.
Up to 12,500 party goers are expected to descend on Romney Marsh for the festival, which will include over 100 acts playing on four stages.
And the hype around the festival is rising, with the first release of tickets, which went on sale last week, already selling out.
Today it was announced that DJ and producer Wilkinson - known for hits Afterglow and Sweet Lies - will play on the Connected stage, alongside Randall, DJ Die and DJ Hype.
Problem Central and Shadow Demon Coalition have now been confirmed to join the line up for the Breakin Science stage.
Slimzee and God's Gift will play on the Garage Nation stage, along with members of So Solid Crew who were announced to perform last week.
Ratpack and Nicky Blackmarket will play the #RFCC stage.
The new recruits for the festival will join an already exciting line up that includes British DJ and record producer Andy C, who was once ranked number four on Mixmag's Who is the Greatest DJ of All Time list, and Shy FX, who specialises in drum and bass and jungle music
Connected Festival has been organised by Rohan Mulvaney, from Dymchurch, alongside Martin Hackney and James Tovey, who say they want to bring together old and new sounds from the genre.
Mr Mulvaney said: "The Lydd Airport venue was famous for hosting the legendary 'World Dance' raves in the 1990s with the organisers being universally recognised as the 'best in the business' for that time period.
"It is our ambition to bring to life the nostalgia associated with the Lydd Airport venue and pull together the 'old school' and 'new school' sound in a well-rounded production.
"Our vision is to create an all-night music festival taking it back to the concept of the original rave scene that has for the last ten years mainly delivered daytime events.
"We feel that the 2019 Connected festival will generate all that has been missing within this music scene for many years."
One of the stages, #FCFF, will be set up in Lydd's new airport hanger, while three dance marquees will then be positioned around the grounds.
A host of food and drink stalls will also be available for revellers.
The festival will not include a camp site, but ravers will be able to park at the site, or take advantage of coach shuttle services which will be set up from key locations, such as as Ashford International Station. Prices for this will start at £10.
There will also be VIP area.
It is understood the airport will remain open and operational during the festival.
Organisers said: "The airport coastguard must remain operational during the event therefore the design of the infrastructure has been carefully created to ensure there is no interruption to the airport operating requirements."
