A serving police officer has been jailed for engaging in a relationship with a vulnerable woman he met on duty.
PC Scott Johnson, from St Mary's Bay, sent "inappropriate" texts and images to the woman from his mobile phone.
The 45-year-old, attached to the Met Police's Hammersmith and Fulham borough, was charged with the offence on August 30, following his arrest on October 20 last year.
He was sentenced to two years in jail at Southwark Crown Court today and has been suspended from duty.
