Reported crash on Romney Marsh A2070 between A259 and Ivychurch

A crash closed a busy rural road to allow investigations and recovery work.
It is believed to have happened between two vehicles and the A2070 between Ashford and the Romney Marsh was initially closed in both directions.
The incident happened at about 7pm between the turning for Ivychurch and the A259 junction at Brenzett.
The road reopened shortly before 9pm.
