Police investigating reported assault on teenage girl in churchyard of All Saints Church, Lydd

A teenager was taken to hospital after she was reportedly assaulted by two other girls in a churchyard.
Police are investigating the attack which is said to have happened in the grounds of All Saints Church in Lydd.
The alleged attack happened at around 4pm on Saturday.
The victim, a 14-year-old girl, was treated at a local hospital for bruising and concussion.
Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing and officers have spoken to a number of witnesses.
They are keen to hear from anyone who saw the incident, or events leading up to it, and who hasn’t already spoken to police.
