Nine-man Lydd Town conceded twice at the end to lose 4-3 at home to Holmesdale in the Southern Counties East Premier Division.
Interim joint-boss Ronnie Dolan opened the scoring but was later sent off as Lydd took the lead midway through the first half.
Aidan Ward and Jack Church struck in quick succession for the visitors but Luke Burdon made it 2-2 before half-time.
Robbie Dolan was the first Lydd player red-carded, picking up a second caution, but ex-boss James Rogers gave the Lydders a 3-2 lead.
Church made it 3-3 on 89 minutes and Lewis Heywood-Oriogun won it for Holmesdale in added time after Ronnie Dolan’s dismissal.
Jack Gallagher’s 94th-minute strike rescued a point for Tunbridge Wells at home to Glebe.
Jamie Philpot put the visitors in front and while Regan Corke soon levelled, the Foxes regained the lead after Muiz Alaka’s own goal.
Time was almost up when Gallagher made it 2-2.
Kennington beat Hollands & Blair 8-7 on penalties following a 1-1 draw in the Challenge Cup second round.
Ton forward Kyron Lightfoot broke the deadlock early in the second half but Chris Edwards levelled from the spot.
With no further goals, the match was settled by a shoot-out as the hosts advanced to round three.
