Clarinet, silver cutlery and 1970s watch taken in burglary at Hammill Road, Woodnesborough, Sandwich

A clarinet, a Seventies watch and a charm bracelet were among the items stolen in a burglary.

It happened in a property in the Hammill Road area of Woodnesborough between 11am and 3pm on Friday, March 29

Items reported stolen include a Buffet clarinet in its case, silver cutlery and a Carr’s of Sheffield boxed silver plate carving set.

Also taken was a silver charm bracelet with around 16 charms featuring a model of Brighton Pavilion, a Welsh dragon and a coracle boat.

In addition the thieves took a diamond and emerald brooch, an engraved 1970s Bulova Caravelle gold ladies' watch, a white gold chain with a single large pearl pendant and commemorative currency sets.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "Detectives are appealing for information and ask anyone who saw anything which might help their enquiries to come forward.

"They would also like to hear from anyone who has seen similar items for sale."

Witnesses are asked to call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting the reference number 46/60502/19.
