The posh couple from Gogglebox have revealed they are working on the release of a new book.

The pair from the Channel 4 reality show tweeted that they are writing the book entitled Steph and Dom's Guide to Life.

According to publishers Hodder and Stoughton the book is a guide to the high life and will offer top tips on all aspects of modern life and will bring their sofa wisdom into a must-have guidebook for fans.

Readers will learn how to survive all manner of social occasions from their favourite Friday night couple.

From cocktail making, correct pronunciation and dress codes, Dom and Steph will share the secret to their success and the fun they've had along the way.

It says: "This is the essential guide to living it up, the Steph and Dom way. So, settle back, pour yourself a drink and learn how to live to the full. Chin, chin."

The couple are well-known from Channel 4's Gogglebox which shows them watching TV and drinking alcohol.

They also have their own spin-off show in the pipeline which started with a one-off episode of Steph and Dom meets Nigel Farage.

The programme showed them chatting to the Ukip leader and MP hopeful for Sandwich at the Salutation in Knightrider Street.

They bought the Salutation in Sandwich in 2004, where they run a successful bed and breakfast which also featured on Channel 4's Four In a Bed. The Secret Gardens of Sandwich also sees thousands of visitors each year.

The couple will also be the judges of The Great Ash Bake-Off this April at Cartwright and Kelsey CE Primary School.

They will judge adult and children categories on Saturday, April 25.

The book is priced at £12.99 and will be released in September this year.
