Appeal after man kicked to the ground in attempted robbery in Sandwich

A man was kicked to the ground in an attempted robbery in Sandwich.
The victim, a man in his 50s, was walking through the cemetery off Woodnesborough Road when three men, including one with a dragon motif on his jacket, approached him.
He then felt a kick to his back which caused him to fall to the ground dropping his shopping bags where he sustained grazing to his left hand.
He says he was repeatedly kicked before the trio eventually fled.
The three men have been described as around 5ft 9ins tall and in their mid-20s.
One of them was wearing dark, shiny, jogging trousers, trainers and a jacket with a dragon motif over the left shoulder.
Another was wearing grey jogging trousers, a white hooded top and trainers.
The third man was wearing dark, shiny, jogging trousers, a dark top and trainers.
A spokesman said: “Officers would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious.
"We would particularly like to speak to a man who was walking along Jubilee Road at the time of the incident who may have seen something that could help with the inquiries.”
The incident happened between 6.45pm and 7pm on Saturday, February 25.
