Sandwich Guildhall Forecourt will come alive with music for a mini-festival in aid of Martha Trust.
The charity will take over the square from 11am until 5pm on Sunday, August 25 with entertainment from Paul Georgeson, John Farrington, Rob Smith, PLAY and Black Pig.
There will also be local trade stands including the launch of new business Drink Outside the Box which is a local horsebox bar run by Mitch Taylor-Wilson and Megan Boulton plus Seaside Events, Solleys Ice-cream and Make-Upps by Suzanna.
The event is part of the four-day Sandwich Festival. Run by Sandwich Community Events, it starts on the Friday with the traditional Bun Run around St Bartholomew’s Chapel and ends on Monday with activities on the Quay Green.
Fundraising and events officer Kerry Banks said: “We are incredibly grateful to Sandwich Events to invite us to have a mini festival within their festival to raise much needed funds for Martha.
"The monies raised at these events make a huge difference in the lives of our residents with profound disabilities.
"It is a free event and inclusive event so come along and enjoy the day with us!”
