Treats and stall at this year's Sandwich Food Fayre
00:01, 07 May 2016
The Sandwich Food Fayre is back this weekend for fifth year with more than 50 stalls.
It has expanded to include Market Street, St Peter’s Gardens and King Street.
Organiser Veronica Liote said: “It has become a well-established and popular event in our calendar.
“We have had to turn away several late requests to take a stall.”
Stalls will open at 9am today (Saturday) and 10am tomorrow (Sunday) and remain open until 5pm.
It will also run on Bank Holiday Monday, August 29 with the Sandwich Bites competition which aims to find the best sandwich in Sandwich and will see businesses and individuals taking up the challenge.
All proceeds from the Food Fayre go to the Sandwich Community Events Association fund to support our lively programme of activities throughout the year.
