A woman has been arrested and a man taken to hospital after police were called to a hotel.
Officers were sent to the Travelodge in Sandwich, after reports of a disturbance this morning.
Officers were called at around 7.20am to the hotel, along Spitfire Way, which only opened in August at the Discovery Park.
Ambulance crews also attended.
A witness said they saw 'two police cars pulling up with blue lights on and there was blood on the floor in the lobby.'
A man was taken to hospital, however his injuries are not thought to be serious.
A 32-year-old woman has now been arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in custody while enquiries continue.
The man and woman are thought to be known to one another.
