A woman denied conspiring to murder a man believed to be her husband following a shooting incident last year.
Hayley Weatherall, 31, of Molland Lea, Ash, near Sandwich, is jointly charged with Glenn and Heather Pollard of conspiracy to murder Raymond Weatherall between July 1 last year and March 31 this year.
Glenn Pollard, 48, and Heather Pollard, 19, both of Church Lane, West Stourmouth, near Canterbury, pleaded not guilty to the charge last Friday, April 20.
The charges follow a shooting incident at Sandwich marina on November 29 when Mr Weatherall, who is in his 50s, suffered an injury to his face.
Earlier at Maidstone Crown Court, Judge Adele Williams set a trial date for August 13.
A further case management hearing will be held on June 29.
All three have been remanded in custody.
