A man accused of exposing his genitals on several occasions will stand trial later this month.
Iskren Ganchev is said to have exposed himself twice in Otford near Sevenoaks in front of members of the public.
He has been charged with two counts of exposure with the first incident said to have happened in the village on June 6 and the second in the same area on June 11.
The 35-year-old, previously of Polhill, Halstead, Sevenoaks, but now of no fixed address, is also accused of committing an act of outraging public decency by allegedly performing a sex act in front of others on June 2.
He denied all three allegations when he appeared in court last month.
He reappeared at Medway Magistrates' Court last week for a short hearing when a trial date was set for August 12 at the same court.
Ganchev was remanded in custody until then.
