Motorcyclist taken to London hospital after being seriously injured in M25 collision near Sevenoaks

A motorcyclist has been left in hospital with serious injuries after an accident on a motorway.
The collision, which involved a white Citroen van and a white Yamaha motorcycle, happened on the M25 close to the J5 Chevening Interchange near Sevenoaks at around 7.05pm on Thursday.
A man in his 40s was taken to a London hospital where he remains in serious but stable condition.
A spokesman for Kent Police said: "Officers from the roads policing unit are seeking information from anyone who has not yet spoken to police, including those who may have seen either vehicle in the moments leading up to the collision.
"Motorists are asked to check dashcams for any important footage and police are also keen to hear from drivers of several vehicles which stopped at the scene and who provided assistance before emergency services arrived."
