A 21-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of supplying class A drugs after his car was stopped by police.
Officers were on patrol in Park Lane, Kemsing, yesterday when they stopped the Ford Focus for having no MOT or insurance.
One of the officers then spotted a bag containing powder in a footwell, which led to a full search of the vehicle.
Further suspicious substances were discovered, as well as items including a set of digital scales.
The man, from West Kingsdown, remains in custody.
