A driver who was pulled over by police has been reported for several offences after officers allegedly found he had not had a licence for 11 years.
Police are thought to have stopped the vehicle in West Kingsdown last night after checks showed it had no insurance.
The car has now been seized after further checks appeared to show the driver had not had a licence for more than a decade.
